Cancellations, Returns & Refund
We want you to be completely happy with your gift from "From Yorkshire, With Love." Here is our policy on cancellations and returns, in line with UK regulations.
Your Right to Cancel (Non-Perishable Goods)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
You can cancel from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel in writing by emailing info@fromyorkshirewithlove.co.uk.
You are responsible for returning the goods to us in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition, at your own cost, within 14 days of notifying us.
Important Exception: Perishable Goods
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to hampers containing perishable goods, such as fresh cheese, once they have been dispatched. This is for food safety and hygiene reasons.
"The Yorkshire Taster Hamper" contains fresh cheese and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take the utmost care to ensure your hamper arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your hamper or any of its contents arrive damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fromyorkshirewithlove.co.uk.
Please provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item(s) at our discretion.
Refunds
For any eligible returns, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back at our premises. The refund will include the original standard delivery cost.
